Glazed Sweet Potato Fries – These brown sugar-glazed fries are almost too good to be true. The crisp outside and soft inside creates an absolutely delicious BBQ ready dish and the rich spices will fill the air with mouthwatering scents.

- 1/8 cup butter, melted
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/8 cup water
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- 2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
Heat oven to 400°F. Combine butter, sugar, water, and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Toss potatoes with sauce and bake on a sheet for about 40 minutes or until tender. Flip half way through.
